Throughout the year volunteers provide a variety of important supports to Cedar Valley Preschool and Child Care Center. They may offer their services for a one-time event like our annual visit from the John Deere volunteers for our spring outdoor clean-up or something that is ongoing like our Board of Directors.

Critical: Communication, Professionalism
This place used to be great, but it’s seriously lacking now. The director is extremely rude and doesn’t communicate when you have questions. You just get fed the same lines over and over again. Director also can’t seem to answer any of my questions about their sick policy. Don’t even get me started on my bill.

A minimum of three phone calls over a month with a promise from the person answering the phone Id get a call back. I have a 10 year old grandson you can hire to answer the phone, write numbers down and call people back since whoever you have now isn’t working out? What a disappointment after all the good reviews

My son went here for 2 1/2 years. The staff is wonderful. They were all so so kind and patient with him. He learned so much while attending and made lots of friends. I loved the crafts that he made and loved to watch him grow there. He had some social and behavior issues but since going here, they have improved so much. I wish he could go here forever. Love love LOVE this Center! Miss Linda is wonderful also. I remember when we first checked out the daycare, she let be bring my son so he could check out the center and the people he would be with. Just an absolute wonderful experience.

My child, Dylan Helgen, has been going to CVPCC for less than a year. We have had some circumstances happen in our family in which we needed to take Dylan out of the center for awhile. I did not think it would be so hard to take him out but it is. I miss having him there. We will be back as soon as possible. We miss them all. It is such a wonderful, busy program and he has learned so much. I highly recommend this daycare/school center for anyone wanting a developing atmosphere for their children. I love it there.

Wonderful place. Our two girls have gone here since they were 18mos. old. Cedar Valley Preschool has great indoor learning programs (like music, pet and puppet shows), and an outdoor "classroom" that can't be beat. Outside, they have different areas for playing music (drums etc.), dancing, and gardens for growing vegetables and flowers. I love that they are focused on sustainability and the health of children. My girls love it there!
