I don't like to give bad reviews, but I have to since I never received a proper price quotation and follow up!
I contacted them and set up an appointment to meet at their office. There was some delay in receiving the initial email because their server was down. Upto this point, my contact person was very courteous and professional.
At the meeting, I was told that I'd receive the price quotation in 2-3 days. The days passed, I didn't receive any email. I sent a reminder by text msg, to which she replied that I'd have the price quotation later that day or next morning.

I am most grateful for the amazing floral arrangements Sepi created for five separate events at our AMSOV Conference. They were the loveliest in the history of the organization!

Hiring Sepi for our wedding was the best decision we made! My wife and I could not have been more thrilled with her designs, advice, and all the planning she did for our ceremony and reception. My wife and I had our wedding on 08/05/2016 in Rancho Palos Verdes in Los Verdes Golf Course and we were so pleased with the service that Sepi has provided us. We met Sepi in Orange county Aroos Wedding show and my wife fell in love with the Sofreh Agd that she has presented there. We couldn't have a better party planner than all event center for our daughter's sweet sixteen. We loved the decorations, table set ups, candy bar and fruit stations.
They act as a recommendor, a friend and an organized party planner. We could drop a last minute change and still get the same smile, patience and service.
All set up was nicely done, on time and as we have asked for. We couldn't find any flaws or deviation from the plan, yet find more than our expectations.
Even DJ, cake Baker and photographer recommended by them made us quite happy and satisfied.

I can't say enough wonderful things about them! Their attention to detail, their eye for perfection, and the beauty they put into everything they did to make our event meet and exceed our expectations is why I am giving this business 5 stars!
