Ben did the lighting and sound system for my daughter's wedding. It was wonderful! The large chandelier was beautiful and gave a romantic, elegant feel to the outdoor space. Loved the ambiance the twinkling lights gave after the sun went down. I highly recommend using Ben and his crew! Thank you for a job well done, and for helping us in our sound needs!

Ben and Jen are SO amazing to work with! They are quick to respond, patient, and know how to deliver amazing lighting results. I LOVE lighting and think that it can truly transform a space. Ben and Jen did the lighting for my wedding and all I can say is WOW... they made the venue look so beautiful! The uplights, gobo... everything was perfect. They are so reliable and I appreciated all of their amazing suggestions. The pin spots on our centerpieces & seating chart were the perfect touch. Can't recommend Ampersand Events enough!

AMAZING! Ben and Jen were truly the best choice for a DJ and Lighting team! I loved my venue, but their lighting skills made the venue so much better! Their ease and knowledge of how the whole day should work was perfect. SUPER EASY to work with, they gave me the support that we needed throughout the day. They kept us on schedule and had the whole room dancing! Half of our crowd was Latino and half Caucasian, and they were all dancing the whole night! We loved having Ben & Jen DJ our wedding. They did a great job handling our ceremony (correct music, nice flow, amplified well) and were very professional. Our dance floor was hopping all night! Ben was great at keeping an upbeat tempo & worked requested music in well. The lighting they provided was also STUNNING (we had up lighting and a gorgeous ceiling light that brought beautiful dimension to our venue). I couldn't imagine our night with anyone else. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Ben & Jen are fabulous!! They were eager to work with us, and help in all that we needed early on in the wedding planning. We met with them in the comfort of their home, and got to see their amazing DJ equipment and examples of the monogram lighting they were able to get made for us to be projected onto the dance floor. It turned out gorgeous!
Their online system for requesting songs for specific dances, etc. was great and easy to use. They made sure they got a feel for the genres of music we wanted played. They were thorough and contacted our venue to make sure they were prepared for all necessary

They brought and set up lighting to really set the mood around our dance floor and in the yard for our reception. Jen did a great job helping to tune the fine details at our reception, and worked closely with the site coordinator to make sure we had everything we need. Ampersand Events was wonderful to work with for the wedding and our welcome party for our guests prior to the wedding on August 2. Ampersand Events did all the lighting for my wedding at Hotel Laguna. They did an amazing job transforming the Laguna room and provided market lights on the balcony. On August 2, we had a welcome party for our guests and Ampersand Events was the DJ and provided market lights.
