Ruth Hall has been the insurance agent for myself and my businesses for the last 21 years. She never failed to provide but the best service. She is very professional, friendly, prompt in her responses, provide excellent advise and accessible at all time for any question. She kindly processed a claim for roof replacement and prior to that a claim for auto repairs resulting from a deer accident. She was absolutely fantastic to have these claims submitted and paid. Ruth Hall has been our State Farm agent for years. We recently had wind damage to our roof. I was amazed how quickly our claim was approved and also had the payment in hand to give to the contractor. We've never had any problems when we've had to file a claim. Ruth and her employees always do an outstanding job when we need them the most. My wife and I had purchased a cabin in Galax area and have been life long customers with State Farm (which we have no problem with they are great). To make along story short,this has to do with Ms. Hall's business ethics. She told us that State Farm's underwriters would not write our home owners policy. This all took place in one day.
