We have had them as our insurance company for 10 years now. And will continue forever. These folks are just like your best friend. Anytime I have ever needed anything they went over and beyond to please me. At times I would shake my head in disbelief at how accommodating they were. I highly recommend these people.

If I could give a zero rating, I would. The owner is rude and extremely unprofessional. She called me a liar regarding a phone conversation I had with her commercial agent and after reviewing the call, she found that I was, in fact, telling the truth. We lost out on hundreds of dollars and ended up having to switch agencies after she belittled and degraded my partner and I. I would recommend ANY other agency before this one.

I've always dealt with the Christiansburg office of Wyatt Insurance. Scott Fenton is very professional & knowledgeable yet he always take the time to talk with me about how I'm doing, my needs, etc.
He's always quick & responsive to any questions or concerns I've had.

I have been an Erie customer for over 10 years and never had a problem when the company was owned by Randy Wright however, since it changed hands and is now Wyatt Insurance, we have had nothing but unprofessional and unresponsive service. We attempted to file a claim on our fully covered vehicle last year. They refused to be helpful or cover the damage of a truck tire shredding at 70 MPH on the interstate and throwing shrapnel into our car which damaged the front end. It's called COMPREHENSIVE, not collision. Most insurance companies would have covered this. Wyatt/Erie did not. Instead they made
