Woodlands At Abington Station

We have only been here for 3 months but are so happy here! Beautiful clean and friendly place to live!!

I have lived at the Woodlands for six and a half years and to this day I have been pleased with the community, the office and maintenance staff. The location is just perfect, we have stores conveniently located within walkig distance, as well as the Commuter Rail into Boston. I plan to continue calling this place "home", I just LOVE it...

I have lived at The Woodlands for 13 years now and that’s because it is a GREAT place to live! I like that it is very quiet, well illuminated for safety, and the buildings and grounds are well maintained. I like being able to rent a garage that fits my car and I especially like that it is pet friendly but a smoke-free community. The current leasing manager and property manager are right on top of things, and that’s especially important to me during the current pandemic. Due to circumstances beyond my control, I recently moved from The Woodlands after 8 years of calling it "home" it was the perfect apartment setting was sad to leave. I loved my spacious and cozy rooms with the high ceilings however, I really enjoyed having a full-size washer and dryer included in the unit. Parking was close to the building. Also the staff was extremely nice in the management office, Julie & Michelle always greeted me with a smile and was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend The Woodlands.

The staff here is excellent and the location is perfect. Walking distance to take the train into the city and less than 5 minutes to the grocery store and Target. Island Grove is within a nice walking distance. Plus, who doesn't love central AC and no additional cost for "pet rent"?!

This house was nice once but now it needs an overhaul. 2 of the 4 bedrooms were in the basement and very moldy and mildewed. No one could sleep there so we were short 2 bedrooms. Dishes, silverware, pots and pans were missing or in such a mess it was hard to get anything out.
Garbage can was a defunct compacter which was so difficult to open and close. Bulbs were out all over, light switches were many and confusing, windows were hard to open an a few windows didn't work. The outside court yard was nice but it needs lots of work: fixing courtyard stone floor, getting new outdoor furniture

Very displeased with our experience. We called Saturday within the listed business hours, but the automated message said the office was closed. Julie did call back and was very pleasant on the phone. We discussed the available units and features. I expressed that we have a Bernese Mountain dog and she advised he was not on the restricted breed list. Towards the end of the lengthy conversation, Julie offered to email us pictures of the available units by 1. At 1:30, I received an email from her confirming that she would send me another email with pictures attached. By 3:55, when I did not receive

This is an updated review. When I first moved to the property there was another property manager that was really bad with communication. She would constantly ignore emails and would never be in the office. After a few months, they got a new manager named Michelle and assistant manager Julie. The property really took a turn for the best. I lived at Woodlands for 2 years and I have to say i had a great experience. The amenities are great: pool open during the summer, tennis court, community room - which i rented once for a birthday party and it was great - also the maintenance folks are soooo nice

Not even worth a star. Not impressed with this place. My unit was dirty and unfinished upon move-in and now we have flies. They call themselves a "luxury" apartment complex. FAR from luxury. Management is awful and maintenance isn't much better. Beware of the catty tattletales in the community that watch over everyone's move too. They seem to have a cult here. I have lived in apartment complexes before and have never had issues like these. Take my advise and DO NOT live here.
