Been here only 6 months before work(military) is making us leave, but I have to say I've enjoyed this place. Although the ceilings seem pretty thin as in sometimes I can hear the upstairs TV, but other than that it's been great. They are redoing the hallways in my building so that's cool. The pool was nice and there's a lifeguard, sometimes they do things for holidays or ice cream trucks, giveaways, snacks in business center. The land is nice there's a lot of trees, hills, and huge rocks it's especially pretty in the fall. The tennis court was always open and huge so we would let our toddler ride

Nice people are working here. It is nice to live and walk here ,nature, pool, gym. However, when they do use the boom machine to paint or fix something around the buildings it becomes extremely annoying because of the sounds coming from the machine. Also, keep in mind there are buildings right next to the highway if you don't want to hear the cars passing try to ask for somethings quitter.

I am still struggling to get back my security deposit with correct name on it. I was a tenant here last year on a 9 months lease. The leasing team didn't agree to deduct my deposit on the last month rent. I have traveled back to India now. They have sent a check which bank doesn't agree to deposit because it has wrong name on it. I have explained this to leasing center staff Stefanie and they sent the check with wrong name it. I would be losing 1000$ because of this. Renters beware.

If I could give this place a negative score I would. I recently went there hoping to rent one of the units that were available. A woman showed me a model unit . I was so happy and was excited to tell my kids and they were happy. After submitting my application 2 days later the woman calls me and says i need a cosigner. Mind you I have a 600 credit score and a decent salary. Also I am a Section 8 voucher holder. So after 3 of my friends put their credit up for me i was denied all 3 times. Its ridiculous. Unless you make 3x your income they will not rent to you even if you are backed by the government
