The entire installation was done professionally, with obvious knowledge about their work and in a timely manner. Tempco Air continues to service the system in my home and in rented property we own.
I recommend Tempco Air without reservation, their service is A-One. Tempco got me involved in the Energy Upgrade California program where I saved approximately 40% of my money. Tempco followed up with the county and city religiously to make sure I received my rebates.

In 1997 Tempco Air upgraded my existing system to the best available at the time. They continued to service my system throughout the years and in 2012 Tempco Air was the company I was not only familiar with, but also very pleased with their service. Besides being very knowledgeable in the field, they are also professional and reliable.

Dan Duarte, said owner, is very unprofessional. I'm now questioning the verity of his actual ratings. Let me explain.
I called him since Tempco AC & Heating was supposedly first on list of Rheem Pros/Specialist to seek advice about my old unit. He schedules so I make time on my day off to focus on my needs and DAN DUARTE BREAKS HIS INITIAL APPOINTMENT. STRIKE ONE.
He called again two days after to schedule his workers to inspect my unit. I agreed after telling him another specialist has seen my unit. When his workers are able to inspect my unit, over the phone, DAN DUARTE RAISES HIS

SUPER SHADY. The delivery guys here are over worked with back to back schedule.
I ordered at Home Depot and they delivered.
I paid for install an extra $100.
They damaged my house, banging into walls that were freshly painted and just stucco'd.
They didn't even want to stay to finish their job because they had back to back deliveries.
I made a claim re: my damages and I think they were hoping I would just forget about it.
I followed up after months because they did not reach out re: my claim and they came back with logistics denying responsibilities for their rough and uncaring

A Tempco rep came to my house to give me a quote for a furnace replacement and AC installation. I was promised the quote the following week and when I hadn't heard from them in 2 weeks I called their office and they said they were busy and would get me a quote within the next week or two. I waited 2 weeks and when I didn't hear back, I called again. After 3 sets of broken promises and no quote, I moved on to other companies. It is very unprofessional for a company to make such promises and not only not provide a quote, but not even call back.

What a different type of service company. I called and they were out the next day, diagnosed my wall heater and it wouldn't light. They told me what the issue was and did not charge.
I am so thankful and appreciative of Tempco for not taking advantage of me or charging me before Christmas.
Most companies wanted $100 just to come to my house.
I will use them again for any repairs and recommend them highly.

Don and his sons just retrofitted my 1903 Victorian with Fujitsu ducted mini-split system, and my wife and I could not be happier. Super quiet, super comfortable. Putting a system is a house that never had one is quite challenging, but they make it look easy. They are conscientious and professional in their work, and quite reasonable in price. I recommend them heartily.
