Our 25 year old HVAC system finally gave out on us... right as temps dropped into the 30's at night. We reached out to LMP since they're a local family business. Lynnie was extremely helpful getting everything scheduled for us and helping to field a lot of our questions and Leonard was a solid professional from start to finish. During his initial visit Leonard offered to order parts to repair our furnace... But he also cautioned us on putting too much money into fixing a system that was ten years past it's prime. I can't thank Leonard enough for helping us with our heater that stopped working after my husband installed a Nest Google device. He (the husband) then had to travel for work and it got cold at night for me and my son. Ok, CA cold is different than Germany cold around this time of year, but that's beside the point.:-) Leonard came the next day, took a look, explained the issue and showed me the parts and then fixed it and even reinstalled the Nest thing! I am super impressed with his work and his kindness and we are warm again. Thank you!

I highly recommend LMP. Leonard is very knowledgeable, professional, cleanliness and personable. He explained in detail what he was going to do, when done, went over what he did. He shared knowledge on how the heater works and did so in a non-pretentious way. His assistant, Amy, was very nice and I loved to see that she worked in a field dominated by men and that Leonard gave her the opportunity to do so. Leonard and his work partner with LMP Heating and Air did an excellent job installing a new HVAC system at our home. It was just before the cold weather set in and our old system had died. After doing our homework and getting a few estimates we decided that LMP was who we wanted to have complete the work. He stood out with his knowledge and experience in the business. He fully inspected the attic ahead of time and took accurate measurements for a thorough estimate. His pricing was competitive and we could tell that he would provide a quality product and do the job right.

A family owned business that delivers on professionalism, communication, and taking care of all the needs of the customer. Leonard is outstanding and is extremely knowledgable. His honesty and care in taking care of the customer is amazing. I called out two companies previous to LMP and one suggested I buy a whole new AC and heating unit. His wife who handles a lot of the communication is super friendly, very prompt, and is willing to help in anyway possible.

I am a property manager with over 20 years experience and have used many different heating and air conditioning services. Leonard and LMP are the best. Leonard is very responsive and gets to the problems quick. Most importantly, Leonard is very honest and never tries to sell you on a new unit; does his best to repair the unit and always tries to save his customers money. I highly recommend LMP!

I originally had a different company come diagnose the issue, and give repair and replacement estimates. The unit is old and the other company almost convinced me to get a new unit.
Next, I contacted LMP Heating & Air. Leonard saw the diagnosis and asked if he can try to fix the problem on the spot and quoted me a fair better price. Thanks to Leonard, I will get much more use from the unit ... and when it's time to replace, I know exactly who to call

Mr. Paterno came out to look at an issue with our heating and a/c and was prompt, extremely knowledgeable and honest. He fixed our issue and also gave us money saving tips. It is refreshing to deal with an ethical repair person who doesn't try to sell you what you don't need. Leonard saved me at least $6000. I was told the next time my unit shut down that I would need to replace it. He found the issue and was able to fix it for a fraction of the cost. At the same time he educated me on my system so that I won’t be taken advantage of by anyone else. Now my children and I can be comfortable during these warm months. So very grateful for the excellent service.
