Most people don't like going to the dentist, I'm one of you, but this was different! First thing you see as you walk in the office is clean and taken care of. I thought I booked my appointment for a certain date, turns out I was 2 weeks early. The receptionist and scheduler were very polite and fit me right in 2 weeks early, instead of sending me away. The technicians were very friendly and polite and I was seen immediately. They took x-rays and the dentist came in with a smile. Very nice guy who actually seems to care. I just wanted you to know, that when I called to make an appointment for my "on-again off-again" pain that I was having--that I was so grateful that your entire office-from beginning to end--handled my issue with ultimate concern and listened to me to correct my issue.
First, I happened to be early for my appointment and your receptionist notified your staff of this. To my amazement, I was taken back and was able to expedite my appointment 45 minutes early.

Dr. Blake is an AMAZING dentist! I am new to Missouri and needed major help with my teeth. Got an appointment made fast. I went in, my dental hygienist was perfect as can be. I have severe anxiety and she made me feel comfortable. She also got my story straight on a previous location I had went that could not help me right then and there… Once Dr.… Blake walked in, shook my hand and got straight to asking questions on what I would like to focus on! I was happy with every aspect of my experience with Twin Oaks Family Dental. I was in pain and they got me in quickly. They were very professional and didn't waste any time once I was in their office. I ended up having a tooth extracted and getting a filling. The entire appointment, x-rays, diagnosis, filling and extraction lasted 1 hour. The best part is it was completely pain free! Thank you very much!

First time at Twin Oaks today. The Dr and his staff were all very friendly. The office was very clean and up to date. I was very impressed with their digital photos of my teeth vs. the old x-rays. Very cool! My exam and cleaning were very thorough. Going back tomorrow for an extraction which my previous dentist wouldn't do. Fingers crossed! So glad I found this place. I would highly recommend them!
