I would not recommend Deer Creek Dental to anyone! The office manager gave me the run around for a month (just to speak to me on the phone.) I had to call at least 10 times leaving messages. Receiving no call back until I had to lie to get her on the phone. Real professional. Having up coming appointments they sent me to collections for a payment… that should have been paid by my insurance. Now they won’t pull it back. Should have left when I was sitting there wondering why they had such a terrible turnover in dental hygienist and dentist in the past three years. Terrible customer

I really enjoy the office. Everyone is cheerful and that goes a long way with me. Most hygenists are brutal sadists who enjoy watching blood spray in every direction while jabbing a vaccum in your mouth so that you don't drown. Beth takes good care of me - despite my horrible flossing habits. I am always greeted...rarely wait if I show up on time, and I am sent text reminders for my appointments. So...to sum things up: excellent dental care, friendly staff - and far less blood letting than most offices.

Expect many mistakes and more appointments than necessary due to those mistakes.
I had braces through Deer Creek Dental, and there were a great number of mistakes, including:
- an ill-fitting retainer which caused me to have to come back and redo the same process all over again before getting a retainer that fit (it was the lady's very first day, but still a time-costly mistake for me to deal with)
- the staff forgetting/failing to fill in my chart with the info they needed
- the staff thinking I'd been out of braces for only 6 months when it had actually been over a year and trying

I've had good experiences at this dental practice until recently. Have had routine cleanings and check-ups and a revision of one crown. The hygienists have generally been good and not overly aggressive. But I take great care of my teeth. My issue is with their scheduling person.
I had my six month appointment scheduled, but got a call that they needed to reschedule me. So we rescheduled it for June. In the meantime, I had scheduled a total knee replacement. I needed to get the cleaning done prior to the surgery because I was going to be restricted from having any dental care for six months

Cannot ever get an appointment scheduled. We have been going there for 3 years. I make my appointments for in the evenings 6 months out. Originally I had an appointment scheduled for beginning of February. They no longer have evening appointments so when the appointment was approaching they cancelled it and had me reschedule. I rescheduled it for May under the pretense they would call me if there was a cancellation. The "rescheduled" appointment was approaching and I told them when we scheduled it I would not be able to make that date and time. So I called to reschedule again and they

Have been to have Jennifer clean my teeth twice this year. She is very thorough, friendly, kind, and explains the whole process. Not only were my teeth checked, so was my tongue, gums, jaws, throat -- you name it! Very thorough! Dr. Choi came in both times to review and check again. Sadly he's leaving the practice. I will continue to visit this practice in the new year because I appreciate their proactive stance.
