Donna joined Ned Baker Real Estate in 2010 before she and Levi purchased the company in 2011. She is a Corban University. Hannah came to Ned Baker Real Estate after playing four years of collegiate basketball and graduating with her. Sarah has an active Oregon Property Management License and has over 20 years of customer service and management.

Hannah came to Ned Baker Real Estate after playing four years of collegiate basketball and graduating with her Bachelor's degree in Sociology. She spent two years at College of the Siskiyous and then transferred to California State University, Fullerton. Hannah is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Oregon.

Been with my management company 6+ years now and was looking at moving into one of Neds homes but quickly learned they do not have realistic move in criteria. My mother doesn’t have rental history (lived with abuser 9 years, before that owned her own travel trailer) They wouldn’t even budge on working with us even tho all rent and bills are in the husband and I’s name and she doesn’t help with ANY bill. Definitely wouldn’t recommend them, I mean come on who makes 4x the amount of rent and perfect credit unless your a doctor or something. Pretty disappointed.

Best landlord I've ever had. My current house is the longest place I've even lived in (almost 9 years now!!) throughout my entire life and I don't plan to move anytime soon. I love my home and feel complete here. My rent is fair and Ned Baker is quick to make maintenance repairs and the employees are great.

I was evicted after 8-9 years of loyalty and payments of rent in advance. Ned baker and owner had tried to evict us out when property values increased. We were evicted anyways. Before move out the company had a highly insensitive process including humiliation and aggressive removal from the sheriff's office. Despite several maintenance requests the company did not fix anything over the years my family lived there. 2 days after move out and putting out of our property, the company and owner of the house had renovated the house to a condition close to prestine for immediate listing to sell. Worst rental company.
After the ice storm in February we lived in one of the rental properties with a hole in the roof for almost 4 months, because they simply did not have time to fix it. Meanwhile they kept nagging about the grass not being well maintained because to them that was a bigger issue than the safety of the people living in one of their homes.
They also have horrible communication skills. They would send their work crews to our house without letting us know ahead of time. Our neighbors would have to call us at work to tell us that there was people knocking on the house and yelling

I am am a electrical contractor who has been working for Ned Baker for several years now doing all the maintenance electrical calls. As a business they are always quick to send work orders and we are quick to get onsite to make repairs. They communicate well and always pay invoices in a timely manner. Compared to several other property management companies I also work, I see a big difference in the way they care about others. Thank you guys!

The lady that received mine and my wife's applications for tenancy is a scrooge for sure. Cmon...our income is above average and confirmed, our credit is low, but on the rise, but within your guidelines, and our last 2 landlords both gave us their positive endorsements. What gives? Well, the management company for our second choice property is happy to have our family as tenants so we have a home in spite of your sickness. I submitted my previous review and instead of updating that rambling ridiculous, I figured I would add another to show yet another lovely trick!
We moved out April 30th, they did their walk through and provided their "final" accounting dated May 20th with security deposit total, fees from contractors and a refund, all done no more!
PSYCH........................today (July 9th), we received an "amended" final accounting that says we OWE THEM $120. And my favorite part is the fact that the other invoice is NOT MENTIONED ANYWHERE on the "original" accounting AND is

I was there was a no star option for this terrible property management company. By far the worst people I've ever had to deal with. We moved to Salem from southern California last month and found a house through them, in hindsight I wish we would have waited for another house. We weren't allowed to move in for almost a week after being approved because the house was "dusty". We had a very small window to receive our household goods from the moving company, and zero effort was made to get the house "dusted" sooner.

We had no initial problems with the company moving in went without a hitch. The issue came when we moved out. They practically kept our entire security deposit and claimed repairs with no list of what was repaired. We had completed a very thorough inspection indicating several problem areas for each room and the exterior of the home (the house was ok but showing signs of neglect from previous rentals). I would recommend another rental agency if you intend to see your deposit returned.

Lived in our house for a little more than a month. Got harassed by one of our neighbors all the time. Noise complaint when the was no noise. The real estate company didn't investigate anything. They simply gave us a 30 day notice to leave. I've never been more disgusted with someone. But ned baker you take the cake. Plus they are extremely slow with their paperwork. As well as never around. Does anyone even work there?

Avoid them at all cost. I've had a terrible experience since Ned Baker property management too over managing the property I was renting. Tried to force me to sign a new lease, never even viewed the property themselves, move out charges violate not only my lease, but also Oregon tenant law. Since when does a tenant have to pay for improvements on a property when they move out? I think NOT! I will never do business with this company and highly recommend that you don't either.

My spouse and self went through Ned Baker Real Estate and was very impressed with their professionalize and quickness, moving into our rental. My only concern was that the rental was very dirty and the response from Ned Baker was we have an professional cleaning service that comes in to clean., I was very concerned for Ned Baker because if that was how there professional cleaning service cleaned then I would ask for a refund. So Finally I just video recorded the rental before moving in to it to show just how dirty the rental was, and re- cleaned the rental.

I just wanted to say I am a fan of Ned Baker Real Estate.
I recently moved from out of state and had to complete most of the financial and legal information through electronic means. I kept in touch with the office through e-mails and phone conversations.
I must say I was totally impressed. The staff took care of all my questions and transactions without problems.
My wife and I have a great home for less than the apartment we had in California. But then again, it was California (A nice place to visit, but believe me...it is broken).
I recommend them to anybody wanting to live in the Salem
