I sent an email to Blum 5 days ago stating I would like to talk with them about purchasing a home. I received an automated response back stating they would contact me soon. Haven't heard a word. I contacted Gladys when I was trying to put my house on the market after it went into foreclosure. She discovered that there were enough liens on it that I couldn't sell it for enough to clear. I thanked her for her time and she offered to walk me through the whole situation. It was truly a relief knowing she was there for me. After property values increased enough to allow me to sell and pay it all off, Gladys was there again giving me encouragement and helping me navigate the whole process.

I know the housing market is wide open and housing is hard to find. I also know there are many distressed properties that no one wants. But realtors don't want you to see those properties because they are low profit.
I've been looking at properties for three weeks.i am specifically looking for a distressed manufactured home,for a resonance price. Ive found more by mistake than every realtor in town has referred me to.also I find that prices do vary with realtors. A cSe in point. I wS prepared to buy home that wS advertised at 26k . The realtor I spoke to told .e if I would wait two days to view
