Super duper rude. Side note: I’m sure they are good... but I got off the phone feeling uncomfortable like I was dumb for asking questions. I was pretty much scolded 😂.. I called to make an appointment and asked if a certain service was safe for my hair in general. She guided me in the right direction saying that Ill need to do a consultation. (For that I give her 2 stars because I completely understand) I it was the Tone and her attitude that was condescending. For example, she asked me how long was my hair. This salon has v v poor customer service. I just gave a single star coz I couldn't proceed without. I walked into this salon, asked if I could do a flat iron, she says yes but she would have to shampoo first. I said my hair is already thoroughly shampoo and dry. (Reason been that I have virgin hair and when they shampoo my hair in the salon, they put me under the dryer, the hair gets dry a little bit before they starts to blow dry which hurts alot). I was ready to pay the price for the package shampoo or not. She didn't even offer to assess my hair if it is what I say it is but insisted she must

I absolutely love this place! Somebody said it feels like walking into your fun auntie’s house & that is too true! Lol I started my locs with Miss Tina in July after my sister told me how wonderful she is & she is the absolute best! Always so loving & caring! And does great work! Reflections Hair Salon is one of the few places in Denton where women of color can get their hair done. I have always had a great experience as the customer service is excellent. This salon feels like walking into your fun auntie house. April did my hair, she is super sweet and answered every question I had and gave me tips on how to help maintain my hair. I'm natural so having heat on my hair is a big deal. The BEST silk press I've had. My hair feels so soft and moves. It's been about 3 days and usually for me the fresh salon looks usually leaves not this time 😁

Wow! Ms. Tina, Denise, April and Bree compliment each other so well. Ms. Tina runs a professional sanitized and clean shop with 5 star proficiency!! Ms. Tina was very attentive and knowledgable about hair and haircare. Denise had the hands for scalp massage and shampoo, I am excited, I walked out with my hair looking 100% better than when I walked in!!

This is one of the best salons I've been to. Bre and Ms.Tina are so easy to work with, professional, and they really care about their clients.
