Great experience. I received an unsolicited offer for one of my rental properties. Didn't need a real estate agent but did need an attorney to make sure everything was done correctly. Fact that Bernie can act as either or both was wonderful. Transaction went smoothly, would definitely use him again.

Bernie is the absolute best in the business if you're buying a house. As a first time home buyer, the process can be very daunting. Bernie made it so easy for us. He is very prompt, professional, knowledgeable, detail oriented, kind, thorough, and helpful. Any questions we had he answered very quickly and in a way that was easy to understand. He laid out a schedule for us and made sure we knew exactly what we needed to do and had everything together to meet deadlines. When we finally closed on our home, I think he must've been more excited for us than we were. Bernie has your best interest

Mr. Faigenbaum & his team were excellent! in terms of my engagement with him and his firm. Specifically, I was selling my home by myself and used Bernard's services from beginning to end. He handled all applicable transactions as expected. In addition, he was an excellent "coach" in that we had a brief email exchange every Monday AM on what was due during the week and then we both focused on results.
