Doesn't seem to be a licensed business through the State of Wisconsin at times. He worked on my brakes and immediately upon picking up the vehicle they were making noise again in a different area of the vehicle. He may use substandard parts, harvest and sell original parts to make extra money? You are better off taking your vehicle to Watertown or a dealer where mechanics are more honest and charge a fairer rate.

Had major car troubles while traveling and got recommended this shop for diagnostics and repair. The team was incredibly helpful and honest. They managed to squeeze our car in between their scheduled work on the same day and got things fixed for a really reasonable cost. It's always stressful finding a mechanic on the road but this place was a great find. Couldn't recommend His Auto more!

His Auto are the best in the business, not only in Wisconsin but i would argue nationwide. There is no one more knowledgeable, courteous, professional, kind, caring, respectful, and honest than Andy and his team. There is nobody I trust more in the business than His Auto. Had a very pleasant experience here. Andy assisted me with an issue with my car. I came in, and they got to work on it right away.
Andy knew what the issue was after a short description that I gave him. My Car was repaired & I was out if there in 45 minutes! I didn't have a ride so I waited, I will say that the waiting area isn't the nicest so I recommend finding a ride or taking a walk around downtown Oconomowoc if it isn't raining like it was when I was there.
