I took my car to Mel's in October 2019 for steering issues, and they replaced my power-steering pump. Fast-forward to now (December 2020), and the pump that was just over a year old went bad. Since I am not in the Watertown area any longer, I called Mel's to see what could be done about a warranty (at the suggestion of my current repair shop). Cory was amazing about promptly calling the parts supplier and arranging for a new pump to be delivered to my current shop to be installed. I was expecting a lot more hassle, but Cory took care of all my worries immediately. Thank you!

If you are looking for a good, honest, trustworthy auto repair shop, look no further! The water pump on my son's truck went out on him and they were able to get it back up and running in no time! I had a hard time believing the low price they charged for the repair! We were expecting to pay a lot more! Thank you Mel's Garage! You far exceeded our expectations!

Mel's Garage was our best find when we moved to the area. They have fixed every problem that we have had with our H3. Never has the same problem been fixed twice. They always explain the issue prior to fixing and we are also told what was done to fix the problem. The quality of service you get is amazing for what the cost is! Fair pricing as well. I highly recommend Mel's Garage!!!

We have used Mel’s since we moved to Watertown 10 years ago. Always fair, honest, and reliable. Other garages charge far more for the same services. We’ve always been happy with their work, and the guys are always friendly and helpful. We cannot recommend this garage enough!

The Best Around! These guys do great work, very friendly and honest. That, I cannot stress enough, is a huge deal when it comes to mechanics. I have worked with my fair share of “shady” mechanics and have always come out more worse for ware. These guys have always told me what was wrong, what needed to be fixed, what could wait, and what it would cost. Not to mention they stand by their work. If I can’t do the work myself these are the only guys I trust with my vehicles. Thank you guys so much!

Mel's garage has been my mechanic shop for 11 years since I was 16 years old & had a transmission rebuilt with him. Tim is a great mechanic that is very fair with what needs to be done & what he charges! I haven't taken my autos anywhere but here except for the basic oil change. Very trustworthy & always honest fair prices. I highly recommend his shop!
