I am not happy with the experience I had with Shen. I made offer for the property he listed. He was seller`s agent and my agent at the same time.
We presented offer with a computing buyer. I believe I have been used in this transaction. My offer was used to increase other buyer`s offer. He did not act fair to me as my agent. I have been rushed to place the other offer while other party was given chance to wait and see my offer. That is not fair.

My experience with Shen Schulz was second to none. After initially finding little interest at my asking price, we decided to rent it while still trying to sell. Shen managed to find us great tenants at top dollar who would allow us to show the property while they were renting, not that easy during these Covid 19 times.
