Absolutely no complaints with this company. We had 3 scheduled pick ups for the day of our wedding. Both drivers, Doug and Paul were very professional, helpful and easy to talk to. Communication was clear with Barbara from the day of my inquiry to the day before the wedding. They came recommended from my venue and can see why. Wonderful experience

My husband and I did not want to worry about transportation back to our cottage after our wedding. After some research, we went with VIP transportation group. It was an incredible experience and a great decision. Communication leading up to our wedding was great. Our driver was there on time and ready and waiting for us as we came out from our wedding. He was great and incredibly safe as we drove about 20 minutes back to our cottage. We would absolutely use again if the opportunity arose.

Transportation is something I went back and forth on for my wedding, because it’s just yet another added expense. In the end, I decided to hire VIP Transportation to transport our bridal party the night of the rehearsal dinner as well as the morning of the wedding. Thank goodness I did! They made it SO easy! The drivers were not only on time, but early, and were always exactly where we needed them to be when we needed them. I’m honestly still surprised it worked out so well. I was so pleased with VIP wedding transportation and am forever thankful I went with them for my February wedding. Getting two limos, one for each of the bridal parties was such a wonderful decision, as it heightened the excitement of the wedding day. The drivers were professional, timely, and very cordial. In addition, having the Rolls Royce Silver Cloud take us from the church to our reception site was such a luxurious treat that my husband and I will never forget! Everything was great up until the date of my wedding. I was standing outside with all of my bridesmaids and the limo showed up 15 minutes late. The dispatcher said they were at the incorrect hotel. In the initial contract I provided the wrong address, but with ample time to change it before the wedding, I notified the company it needed to be updated. The limo driver showed have mapped out the location prior to ensure he was on time. So not only was the driver late, but it also was not the vehicle I ordered in my contract. I could understand if the contract just specified a stretch SUV, but it said

We were so lucky to have the opportunity to work with VIP Transportation on our wedding day on April 7, 2018! Galen was an absolute pleasure to work with and was easy to communicate with. The drivers were excellent and so much fun. One of the drivers, Doug, was an absolute blast!! Galen helped arrange charter bus transportation for my guests staying at our hotel block to the wedding venue and back to the hotel at the end of the reception. This company had the best rates for a point to point transfer of all companies that I researched. Driver arrived on time, was courteous and drove safely. No complaints. Thank you!
