Since opening her studio in 2006, sugar artist Ana Parzych has become known as one of the top wedding cake designers in the U.S. and abroad. Reflecting her arts background, Ana's wedding cakes are renowned for her realistic sugar flowers and artistic brushed piping. Aside from her cakes, Ana's cake sketches are works of art in and of themselves.
Our relationship with you begins with a personal wedding cake or specialty cake consultation and tasting at one of Ana's studios, located in Greenwich and Cheshire, CT. Consultations last approximately an hour. Please allow ample time before your event to book your consultation; we recommend 4 months to a year in advance.

10/10 recommend Ana Paryzch Cakes! Ana was an absolute pleasure to work with, and the cake design process was a true highlight of the whole wedding planning process for us. First and foremost, she is such a wonderful, genuine and caring person, who was kind enough to squeeze us in at the last minute when we were cake-less with weeks to go, and she quite honestly blew us away. She is so detail oriented, taking time to understand all of the decor, colors, flowers and our vision, to make sure that this cake was much more than just a cake- it was a true show stopper , an amazing design element! and

My experience with Ana Parzych Cakes was amazing!! We did everything through email due to the pandemic and Ana was able to make us a cake and cupcakes that not only was exactly what we envisioned but also something that helped to tie our entire wedding "garden theme" event together. Ana was professional, flexible and was able to see the image that we had in our heads. Everything tasted delicious! And our guests raved over the beautiful flowers and the taste of it all!! Thank you Ana for making our day complete!

I absolutely recommend her 110% , I remember it was 3 weeks from my daughter's sweet 16 and I was desperate looking for a nice cake baker that could meet my expectations. This lady went above and beyond that ... she gave me the best quality & service I can ever imagine. Her cakes and fillings are out of this world. I emailed back and forth with Ana a lot to design the perfect birthday cake for my husband's surprise birthday party. He loves disc golf so I sent her pictures of his favorite discs and his bag. Ana created the most beautiful and delicious cake with his favorite flavors and all of his equipment made of fondant (the yummy kind)! My husband was so happy with the cake and immediately said upon seeing it, "She made my favorite discs!" She also created a disc golf basket out of wire instead of fondant, just because she didn't like the look of the fondant one. I was so impressed that Ana would go above

Ana Parzych was featured on a Food Network Challenge a few years ago, but I didn't see her episode until after we'd used her for our wedding. Unfortunately she didn't win, but she should have!
We live in CA and got married in CT, where my husband is from. We could not do an in-person tasting, so Ana had our cake samples overnighted to us in California.
We did all of our communication via email. I was able to tell her exactly what I wanted without ever meeting her in person, and she was able to translate it absolutely perfectly into the cake of our dreams. She even developed a recipe
