Thank you for your interest in our property management services. We are a full service real estate company offering both property management and sales. We are dedicated to making your investment profitable for you. We handle marketing, screening, leasing, repairs as well as any emergencies related to your property.
Any other forms of payments or income such as Social Security, alimony, child support payments, etc. We do a credit report, verify your rental history and require three times the amount of rent as monthly income. We do not take any active backruptcies or apartment collections that are less than four years old.
If the 5th is a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday; the next business day by 10:00am is acceptable. Payments made after the close of business on the 3rd of the month must be made by certifiedfunds (money order or cashier's check). We will mail you a late notice if rent has not been received by the 5th. You must pay with a certified check or money order after the 3rd day of the month.

After 8 years of renting we get treated like s***t. It's ok after becoming an officer I have experience in law. My lawyer has brought attention alot things that wasn't handled correctly. Be careful on how the pandemic is turning people. I documented everything my heart is to pure to have Blue Bird tarnish my credit see you in court!

Set up an appointment called them to confirm I was on my way . Do not answer the phones nor return calls . Left us sitting outside the home and never showed nor call to say she wasn’t coming . Very Rude and Highly Unprofessional . I’ll be taking my business else where .
