I really am grateful for this company we spent hundreds of dollars putting in applications all over Atlanta this is the only company that took the time out and worked with us to get us approved they were professional patient and quick to respond we literally put in a application in the night before and the next day they were processing our application happy is an understatement 10/10 no complaint

My boyfriend applied. They took his application fee and literally did nothing they kept asking him for the same things he submitted over and over. They are rude. They just kept my boyfriends application fee with no response . DON'T APPLY with this company .

Did a self-tour of a home, they said the application fee would be refunded if I wasn't selected to rent. It's been a month since I applied and I haven't heard back from anyone. I've been calling to check my application and possibly see if I can receive my money back however it's super hard to get a hold of anyone here. My roommate finally talked to someone and they claimed they changed their policies on application refunds 2 days prio to the phone conversation. The representative said he would have the manager call. I still haven't received any call backs and no refund

They are the WORST!!!! After move out, they sent my refund letter and I was good with that. It took over the legal time for me to get it back and then they sent a different amount of what I was to get back. I have contacted an attorney because I emailed and called Tracy in the Atlanta office for weeks with no return! They half fixed the house and now after I finally get away from them all this extra drama! Run if you are thinking about it.

YesiRent leasing office is often unresponsive, and when they did response to maintenance, they didn't give us the courtesy of following up with us or keeping us informed. This is the worst renting experience we ever had! We rent a house in Newnan with YesiRent last year. That house always needed maintenance. The ceiling in the kitchen collapsed and it could hurt us, but it took a month for them to send a worker to just fix a small part of the roof. And then, it still leaked again and again whenever it rained.And there was always pumping issue that they just ignored and never cared to fix. And Tracy

I moved into a property in October and Amber has been amazing when it comes to following up and following through with any maintenance requests. This is my first time dealing with a rental agency and everything from the beginning has just been refreshing. Great customer service from Hannah when I first started the process of looking into the property. It's so hard to find good customer service but I have no complaints with this company at all!

YesiRent/Bravo Group manages several rentals for me. Over the last few years, my tenant turnover has been almost non-existent. Beware tenants or owners doing business with Yesirent. We leased a home for 1 year during a remodel from another real estate company. Yesirent bought the lease about mid way through the year. We had maintenance issues that took 5 months to resolve and 1 they simply "chose not to fix". On our move out they had an "inspector" show up that had no documentation of our move in inspection for comparison and had zero interest in looking at ours. He was looking for "rehab items" he could charge to the owners. We had hired professionals for cleaning, carpet cleaning

I am not a fan of this company. As a owner, I felt that they did not properly manage my property. They moved appliances out of my home without permission, allowed the tenants to change the locks on my home without permission, the tenants built structures in my backyard without my nor the HOA permission and allowed the tenants to trash my house on move out. The trashing of my home is a hard one to stop but had this company been doing its job, they could have foreseen that may happen. I rented from Bravo Group for 3 years. I mainly worked with Bonny Plemons. She was a breath of fresh air as my life is very busy due to traveling for work. Bonny responded to all correspondence promptly. Although I experienced very few and minor maintenance issues, they were resolved promptly. During my move out she went up and beyond to make sure that it went smoothly. I was dealing with travel deadlines, she worked really hard to assist me with getting squared away during move out. My move out inspection was scheduled immediately and I received all paper work soon after.

Not a bad company..... well until this situation happened.....Get a home inspection, especially if you are thinking about renting one of their homes located in Fayetteville, Ga. Document, check with code enforcement, etc..... and hope you'll never have to deal with Bonny Plemons about any issues. I wish I could go more in depth, but....

I currently rent a house from Bravo and I am considering moving on with a different rental company. Please inspect the house you rent well ahead of time and make sure they fix any issues before you sign a lease. After you are in lease, though you can usually get someone on the phone, they will send you the cheapest and worst maintenance people (with the exception of the ac repairman). We have had several issues that were "fixed" only to mess up and need fixing again within 2 months. Since the house we currently rent has lots of problems, this has been a huge inconvenience for us. Bravo managed our rental property for a few years and was generally just terrible. They didn't talk to us about lease renewal terms, allowed pets when we said "no pets", had mysterious maintenance charges that they couldn't explain when we asked about them (and didn't notify us about them when they allegedly came up).

Don't have them manage your property! We are much happier after moving to a different company.

Where shall I begin? I could never get in contact with an agent. When I spoke with Preston he referred me to two different agents Sharon and Tiffany which never answered the phone but always responded via text message. Which I think is not a good impression. In my opinion you do not conduct business through text message. I'm not sure who would do that but for something with such importance a little bit consideration would have been appreciated, but I was sadly mistaken. I don't post reviews often at all, but i am so flabbergasted at how this company runs their business, I feel like it's my duty to warn others. This is possibly the worst rental management business I have ever dealt with in my life. I have been trying for almost a month to have someone contact me about a 3 bedroom townhouse I was interested in renting. This is the WORST property management company EVER. They are 100% slack. They rent out houses they claim are "move-in ready", but every time we turn around there are problems. They made us stay in a hot house over 88 degrees inside for 3 days before anyone came to fix issue. They had the nerves to tell us to open up the windows, but guess what? They don't have screens on their windows w/ the exception of 2 in one of the bedrooms. They claimed they had house properly sprayed & treated for pests, but we found ourselves killing waterbugs, cockroaches, German roaches & Oriental

I have rented a 3-bdrm house from Bravo since April 1, 2014 and thus far it has been nothing short of disastrous in terms of their non-response time on maintenance issues (it took 5 months to get a functioning dishwasher and they have never responded to my cockroach - YES, I SAID COCKROACH issues). We recently moved into a rental property on Friday, August 1, 2014. The process of inspection of this property was severely rushed, due to the Bravo Group waiting until late in the afternoon on the day we were scheduled to be out of our previous property to do the inspection. The property manager was not present and the inspector had limited knowledge about the property. I am an owner of the property managed by Bravo since 2010. I do not live in georgia and that is one of the problems. I fully agree with some of the early reviewers that they are impossible to get hold of on the phone.,never return phone calls unless you call (in my case long distance from 3000 miles away !!)_many times over and seem to answer phones by accident than as a matter of duty.. I'm a current tenant in one of their properties. Once you move into their property, it is almost impossible to get a hold of them, on the phone or email, unless you drive all the way down to Stockbridge, GA. However, you will still not get your issues solved at their main office because the workers in the office have "no authority" to solve things.

If you are looking at their properties, think twice. You won't get to talk to their property managers once you move in. Meaning, you will have so much difficulty with payment issue, maintenance issues.

I don't even know where to begin, this is the most unreliable company I have ever had to deal with. I have been a tenet of theirs for a year, since day one I have had problems with them, When I first moved in our grass was really tall but I was told they would have someone to cut it, well the property manager came out on his personal lawn mower and cut our grass, which at the time I thought was sweet, oh how wrong I was, the bushes around our house where never cut, which caused a different problem.
