Hi, I'm David, owner and certified home inspector with the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI). In 2008 I started out in the industry as an investor buying foreclosures and rehabilitating them. Shortly afterwards, it made sense for me to become a Realtor. We were considering a house to buy and had David come out for an inspection. The seller didn’t appreciate us having an inspection done and David handled it like a pro. He just did his job, the one we asked him to do. David came out to the house on short notice and did a thorough job. He provided the written report quickly. I was in the process of buying a new home, and wanted a second opinion on the home inspection before I went through with the purpose. Inspector David's response was incredibly prompt, and the inspection happened soon after my agent got in touch with him. David was awesome! We had a very short timeline for the inspection and David was able to accommodate us within 24-hours. He did an extremely thorough job, checking out all crawlspaces and attics and all of the different systems. He then gave us a detailed walk-through, explaining everything that he had found and also showed us how to operate all of the appliances and environmental controls. He delivered the final report that same evening. I would definitely recommend InsideOut to anyone needing a home inspection.

I asked David from InsideOut to inspect a home that I hope to bring up to suitable condition for transitioning into a rental property. David was more than punctual. He gave me an approximate estimation of how long his inspection would take and when I returned approximately 1-hour and 45-minutes later he was indeed just finishing up.
