The owner of this agency Joshua, is extremely professional and responsive to my grandfather’s needs/concerns. Joshua’s communication is awesome, which is very important to me. Joshua has worked hard to accommodate my family with the onboarding. He truly cares about the clients he is serving. Joshua the owner was very nice and the aids were sweet. I had surgery and I didn’t feel well during the night time and the Aid Samaria stayed overnight, she was always smiling and checking on me to see if i was ok or needed something plus she took me to the hospital when I needed and was helpful when we arrived there, she spoke to the nurses and pushed me around in a wheel chair. I liked the service!

My family member had a caregiver from this agency and we were NOT satisfied. I brought up my concerns with the owner and he did nothing about it. This agency is Very New! He sweet talked my family into transferring into this company from another agency that we WILL BE transferring back to. I can’t BELIEVE the amount of incompetence he had for the insurance company and the care my family needed from the caregivers there is unacceptable to human standards. I would NOT recommend this agency at ALL STAY AWAY!
