When I'm not climbing ladders or crawling through a tight crawlspace, I enjoy skiing and biking. I have always enjoyed teaching, I spent over a decade as a downhill ski instructor. I have worked as a race mechanic for a variety of bike races, including the Tour of Utah and Cyclocross World Championships.
I truly enjoy inspecting homes and helping inform prospective home buyers of any issues that I find. Several years of experience in the construction industry, including running lead and asbestos abatement jobs. Member in good standing of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI).

As a first time homebuyer, Matt did a great job of putting complicated house issues in simple-to-understand terms that helped me and my wife feel more at ease with buying our first house. I threw him a ton of curve balls and he always had great answers (unless he didn’t, in which case he told us!). That shows from his experience in contracting, not just having a license or anything.
