We are a family owned and operated business with over 30 years of experience in the auto repair industry. CRG Auto Body opened its doors in 2006 and since day one our primary goal is customer satisfaction. Our first location was a small shop in Silver Spring, but we have since expanded to a larger facility in Rockville all thanks to our customer referrals.
CRG is a full service auto body and mechanic repair shop. We operate one of the largest auto body repair facilities in Rockville. CRG works with individuals, commercial fleets, and insurance companies. Our location conveniently serves customers in Rockville, Gaithersburg, Potomac, Bethesda, Kensington, Derwood, Kentlands, Norbeck, Layhill, Aspen Hill and all surrounding areas.

This place is fantastic! They were able to fix the issue I was having the same day I called. Tony gets things done and puts the customer first along with Nelson and Chris that make the process as smooth as possible. I was very impressed by their work and highly recommend this auto body shop for any car problem you are experiencing. They really do it all and would give more than 5 stars if possible!

These folks do AWESOME work! We took them a wrecked mess and got back a shiny, new-looking car. The work truly is amazing!
What's more, the employees of this business are really nice people! I had to take the bus to retrieve my car, and once off the bus, Google navigation was confusing and had me walking everywhere BUT CRG Auto Body. I walked up s steep hill TWICE based on faulty Google navigation (I've had multiple heart attacks! Boo Google!) I finally called CRG and a delightful young woman talked me in and stood out front of the business until she caught my eye. What a wonderful person!

CRG was amazing to work with. Everyone was extremely friendly and professional. I’ve taken my car to the dealership and had to wait 4 weeks to hear anything. CRG had my car ready in 4 days! CRG came recommended to me from a buddy who knows the owner, and I'd also recommend them. I've been here twice. The first time was for a minor dent on my rear quarter panel which I decided to pay out of pocket. My car was ready when they said it would be and the job looked great. My most recent visit was due to a buck ramming the side of my Honda Accord. Again, I chose CRG (this time through insurance), and I couldn't be more pleased. Wish I could give these guys more than 5 stars! Not only were they extremely professional they were warm and welcoming. Had my brand new 2019 Lexus rear ended and I was worried that it wouldn't look like it did before but when I went to pick it up it looked the same as it did when I bought it from the dealer, I was amazed! I would recommend this shop to any and everyone I know. Hope I don't have to go there again but if I do I will not hesitate to go back. Thanks CRG team for everything! This shop is one of the best shop in the area I would recommend! Nielson, Sofia and Emmanuel are awesome! They make sure that your car is done right from every angle and keep you updated with every part of the process!!! I have progressive insurance and a DC resident. Progressive gave me three options in DC and they had 2 stars. I went back to Progressive and asked for more choices and they recommended CRG. Looking online...5 stars! I was sold. I asked progressive for CRG and they authorized the repair. We had a person back into our parked driver side door of our brand new VW Golf. We dropped it off. The office was clean, the staff was very professional and knowledgable. I did notice a very clean shop and a huge paint booth. They submitted the estimate to Progressive in about 18 hours

Love this place. Had my front bumper repaired here and they did an excellent job. I have an Acura RDX. Window was broken out and they fixed it same day. Car looks perfect. Pricing is great and the guys do a great job. I also love that I got my car back with no dings or dents (never know at a body garage). I went there to have my have my side mirror repaired. It was literally hanging off the car. I went in and scheduled a service appointment because CRG had to order the parts. Quoted me a price on the spot. Although I missed the appointment, they worked me in soon after. Kept the car overnight and I was able to pick it up the next day. Excellent work for a good price!

Dinged the front passenger side of my five-month-old Corolla last winter. The panel was damaged as was the trim around the wheel well. Obtained estimates from three different shops. CRG was a bit more expensive than the lowest estimate, but its excellent reviews swayed me. They did an excellent job at a very reasonable price, $595. The car looks as good as new.

I first went to In & Out Auto Body. When they asked if I was getting estimates, I said yes and their demeanor changed. They then told me it would cost $1,500 - $2,000 and take two weeks.
I drove over the CRG and they were happy to have me come in. I got a quote for $975 and was told it would take a week. One week later, the actual cost was $940 and the car looks great.

I had a truly positive experience with CRG, especially as a woman with little experience with cars. I received a more than fair estimate for the damage on my front bumper, and they stayed true to the first estimate even when I dropped the car off and we noticed a bit more damage than shown in my original picture for the estimate.
They also were able to take my car immediately, and finished the work very quickly. When I came back for my car, I was so impressed. I would have never imaged my car could look brand new for the cost I paid.
