My name is Charlene Jenness, LMT and I would like to introduce myself. I am a fully insured and licensed Massage Therapist that offers a mobile massage service in the Greater Portland area. I graduated from the Downeast School of Massage in 2003 and I love being a massage therapist. It is my firm belief that massage is more than an indulgence, it can be a very effective healthcare tool.
The work that I do can range anywhere from amazingly relaxing to very therapeutic. I have never believed that every massage should be the same. Even a gentle relaxation massage will vary from person to person as well as visit to visit. Our bodies are amazing and I love figuring out how issues in your body have developed and then helping your body repair itself.

Services
The room does not have to be huge. I have set up in all types of areas. It can be a spare bedroom, office area, or basement. The key is that we can turn off the lights, have access to electrical outlets, and that we can have privacy. You will not want other people walking through the area. If you have questions about the room you want to use, feel free to just ask me.
This style of massage is exactly that, relaxing! Long, flowing strokes are used to help reduce pain, improve joint stiffness, increase circulation and give a sense of well-being. Deep Tissue massage is designed to relieve the extra tension in your muscles and the connective tissue. This type of massage focuses on the muscles located below the surface of the top muscles.
Charlene's professionalism and her quality of massages to our Black Point Inn guests was truly a delightful experience. The reviews from our guests have been tremendous. What a great massage and experience. I am very uncomfortable with getting a massage and Charlene made the experience bearable from the comfort perspective. Having it in my home was great. The massage itself was one of the best I've ever had and I woke up this morning feeling great. I can't wait to do this again and I can't recommend Charlene and Hearts & Hands highly enough.

Charlene is a master of her craft and embodies everything you would expect and want from a massage therapist. She is extremely knowledgable and connects with the client emotionally to deliver a more personalized experience. I love when a massage therapist can hit all the right spots without having to ask!

Charlene is Amazing!! I am a hairdresser with injuries and issues and she always "fixes" me. I recently moved and got a bad massage somewhere else so that I couldn't even lift a cup of coffee, or pull my sheets up without extreme pain. I saw Charlene when I came back for a vacation, and my gosh it was seriously a miracle! I could not believe the pain relief I got with just one session. I need a tune up, but will have to wait. If you have a chance go see her for me, you are so lucky if you do! I can promise you will not regret it. Can't say enough about her knowledge and talent.
