I have been a part of the Bonaventure Team for over one year as a Property Manager. While employed here, I have enjoyed working with and learning from my Regional Manager, Rob, and the other awesome Bonafolks.
All team members from the VP, to the Regional Service Director, to Regionals, to service technicians, to the accountant team-- are so responsive and quick to assist when needed.
The company puts their core values first and cares about the feedback received from team members at all levels. Bonaventure is constantly evolving and making strides to be the best in the business.

I originally provided 5 star review but over the last several months, multiple issues have been ongoing. The elevators have broke down several times, as a tenant on the top floor, this is a huge inconveniences. The front door key fob has not worked properly for the past two months. Staff has been notified several times and stated that it will be repaired. Despite the door company coming out, the issue has persisted. One of the garage doors was broken for two weeks. For the cost of rent, these issues should have been fixed in a timely manner. Part of the appeal of a luxury apartment is convenience

Current resident. Overall I like living at The Aura but there are frequent issues that don’t have long term solutions. The front door has been broken since I moved in 5 months ago, one of the garage doors has been broken for weeks and the elevators frequently shut down. Management is polite and responsive, but definitive solutions are hard to come by.

I've been living here for about 6 months and absolutely love where I live. I moved here sight unseen. The Staff was MORE than accommodating in making sure that I felt welcome, got an an apartment as quickly as possible and helped me make all of the necessary arrangements (ie water connection) I needed for my move. They send emails to let us know what is happening during the month, plan fun events and even help other residents in need. Great community and I'm so glad I chose them!

My wife and I have lived within the community for the past two years and have loved everything about it. The Value of the property compared to its surrounding area is average in price yet you get so much more space in terms of square footage. In addition the staff and maintenance have been wonderful and always prompt in answering any questions or work orders we have had. Thank you for doing such an amazing job!!

I really love it here. The neighbors are nice and the staff is very helpful! Maintenance is pretty swift. Either short term or long term you will not be disappointed. I have been a resident since 11/2020.

I have been an employee with Bonaventure for a year and a half now and to say I'm an "employee" doesn't seem like the right term to describe my position here. I feel like, "I've been apart of the Bonaventure FAMILY" is more fitting. That's exactly what this company is. When you start your journey with Bonaventure, you will instantly feel the family connection and know that this is where you belong. This review is about Magnolia Run Apt. I like to categorize my positive feedback about my stay here.
1. Maintenance :
Though team work based on ticket assignment, i had scenario where refrigerator require immediate attention. Though it is holiday timing, I spoke to office manager and she handled that nicely and maintenance team responded within an hour and resolved the issue. This is possible only if you have responsible team who care about tenants.
2. Office staff:
They are friendly and responsive enough to take care of tenants. They coordinate nicely with maintenance and tenants.

I have been working as a Bonaventure property manager for a little over 2 years. Previously I worked for a small family-owned business. Initially I was nervous about working for a larger organization, but Bonaventure truly is a family.
One of the testaments of Bonaventure’s business model is that they put people first! This is for both our residents and employees. I currently rent and reside at Windsong Apts, owned by Bonaventure. I am having all the problems described by others below with the company never calling me back. I have left messages with their off-site customer service reps because the front office never picks up now that Aleisha, the new office manager, is there. When Rosalyn was there, people actually picked up the phone.
Anyway, all messages left with off-site people never get returned. I never get anyone to call me back. So I called the Bonaventure main office number yesterday (08/16/2018) to complain and the person I needed to speak to
