Services
Once your application is received, your name is placed on the waiting list. Vouchers can only be given as they become available. The list is first come, first served. Some local hardship preferences are given but all applicants must complete the required paperwork. Once your name comes to the top of the waiting list you are required to attend a mandatory briefing before receiving rental assistance.
7. Assist in obtaining bids for contracted services and provide feedback on quality of completed job. Responsibilities include cleaning, grounds maintenance, and assisting the central office with some administrative duties. In addition, this person would also be responsible for travelling to different communities to perform Housing Quality Standards (HQS) inspections for the Housing Choice Voucher program.

Oh God! I'm scared, I myself have been having a real issue getting in touch with someone in the voucher office. Everything went well at first, I thought wow what really nice people. Than NOTHING! no reply, they do not answer the phone in the voucher department, EVER!! I do not know where to turn. I am very scared, I am going to be homeless. I am waiting for some type of confirmation or update to give to my landlord, that's what any professional gives. But I have gotten NOTHING! No answers, no response, Please DAVID H. can u help?

This company took over an apartment building I had been previously living at for 5 years. They took over, changed the rules. Made the property manager miserable, took me to court for ignorance LOST then refused to renew my lease because they lost in court.
Finally I moved out and after my apartment got the okay it was left in great condition and I should get my deposit back I get a letter from.these gems saying theyre keeping it due to all these repairs yet someone new already lives in my old apartment...but theyre still working on it they claim lol. Nothing but a joke!! Not sure how this company
