It's something that has to be earned (good or bad) and it usually comes from your friends (or enemies). So why is that some lawyers think they can just slap a nickname on a billboard and expect the public to take it seriously?

Kris Espino is first and foremost professional and knowlegable. From the moment that I called the law office I was treated with respect and concern. The law office assistant answered my questions and got Kris to call me as soon as he was free (after hours) to help me figure out what my next move was.
Roderique ("Rod" for short) S. Hobson has been an attorney for an astounding 34 years and has had his own practice since 1982. Rod is a Lubbock-native through and through. After graduating high school from Lubbock Monterey, he attended under-grad at Texas Tech University. After receiving his Bachelor's Degree, Rod continued his education by attending Law School at Texas Tech.
By the time I graduated from Texas Tech University with a degree in finance, I couldn't wait to get out of here. Like a lot of kids who grew up in Lubbock, my main ambition in life was to get out of here as soon as I could and never return. So I packed my bags for New York, where I had been accepted into the St. John's University School of Law in Queens, and set out on my journey to make a billion dollars as a Wall Street lawyer.
All across West Texas, we defend our clients against any and all types of criminal cases. There is no case too big and no case too small, since even the "minor" offenses can carry consequences that may effect you for the rest of your life if they are not handled promptly and professionally. Rod and Kris have successfully tried numerous felony and misdemeanor cases and are always interested in fighting for justice.
The appellate courts in the State of Texas exist to grade the trial court's decisions on the "balls and strikes" of a case. Every objection lodged at trial is potentially an opportunity to overturn a conviction. We pride ourselves on staying on the cutting edge of case law and using it to serve our clients.

Kris is a baaadd man!!! He is hands on. You talk directly to him all the time. Its not his secretary calling you. It's him. He let's you know everything that's going on. He got my case dismissed. Hobson and Espino are the best in Lubbock tx. They do not get Christmas cards from the DA!!!

I called Mr. Hobson to inquire about legal proceedings for a case other than mine. He took time to visit with me on the phone and discuss various elements regarding my inquires. Although I have not retained his services for any criminal issues, I thought it was very nice of him to take time and answer some questions for me. This has led me to the conclusion that he is a considerate person and would be a good person to have in your corner. If I need a criminal attorney in the future he will be the first person I contact.
