I called Bozz towing on Christmas day for one of our semi drivers that needed to be towed to Salt Lake City Ut to Freight Liner. When I asked if anyone was available I got laughed at and was told that if he towed today it was going to start out at $2500.00 if we waited until the next day it would be $1400.00. He told me that "its not like they are going to work on your truck today anyways " while laughing. With our driver being stuck on the side of the interstate and a storm coming it was a bad situation. Its nice to know that this company doesn't care about truck drivers out there and will take

Two reasons for the low review: first when I called to ask for a tow I was greeted with "hi" ... I had to verify I had even called a business.
Secondly the operator said he would "have to see what he had available and would call me right back". After a couple hours passed with no callback I went somewhere else.
Maybe one star is unfair but when my car is broken down I think we all need to deal with pros.
