We had a very unfortunate accident while towing our Uhaul trailer from Oregon to Colorado. It was a very stressful and unsettling experience but Patrick made it a whole lot easier for us. He was able to extricate our car and advised us on how to proceed with our move to Colorado, even towing the trailer to a Uhaul facility where we were able to continue our move.
He went above and beyond the call of duty and was amazingly helpful! We would definitely recommend him!

We broke down alongside the highway on a Monday evening. We called Patrick Towing & Recovery and spoke with Nate. It was supposed to be a 24 hour service. I was hoping for a tow into town, as we had very little water and I was quite ill. He claimed he was on another job and could not help us until 10AM the next morning. As we had trouble finding anyone else at that time, we took his word for it and waited. When we contacted him the following morning he was quite rude and said he would not be coming. It was an awful situation. I recommend this place only as a last resort based on our experience

Broke down on I-80 East about 11 miles from Evanston, WY around 6 PM. We barely had cell service and had a hard time getting a hold of a tow service. Patrick's towing promised they could tow our RV into town the next morning around 10 AM. We agreed and decided to wait BROKE DOWN AND ALONG THE HIGHWAY until morning for them instead of trying to call another service. 10 AM the next morning comes along and we hear from the tow truck driver that "he needs coffee" and can't make it. We end up having to call a tow service from 70 miles away and wait until almost noon before we eventually got a tow. Overall

To all carriers and everyone else!!! This is the best towing company we’ve ever used, period. Patrick was straight and didn’t play no games, like others do. He was honest, quick, helpful and very professional.
We had a jackknife and those who ever experienced that, all know how frustrating that is. Patrick sent his truck very quickly to recover ours. He didn’t try to tow it to his shop (like many do), instead he fixed everything right on the spot.
VERY REASONABLY PRICED AND VERY HONEST, 100% RECOMMENDED!!!

We were on a cross country move and our Penske truck was having problems with the hills and passes through the mountains. Patrick was dispatched for a tow to Salt Lake City from Evanston,WY. We kinda got caught in the Winter Storm Wesley. Patrick, yes, the owner, showed up and hooked the Big Yellow Truck up and off we went. He was friendly and very competent with the driving through the winter storm & slush. We had a safe tow and good conversation on the 80 mile drive. When we arrived at the Penske location, he took care of everything with them and even checked with us before he left

Patrick answered the phone himself, he gave me a time he would be at my location, and was very friendly during conversation. He was 10 minutes earlier than he said, which was a good thing in my case, it took him just a few minutes to hook me up and load me on. We made it back to Evanston in what seemed like no time at all.
Oh did I mention,I was on county road 103, North East of Evanston, about an hour from town.

We were helped out today by Patrick Towing when the car trailer we were towing had a problem with a wheel. My brother and I are in the middle of a cross country move and were looking to get on the road quickly. The driver picked us up a new car trailer from Penske and suggested a safe waiting spot for us. He hurried to where we were and helped us load it up. We really appreciated the quick and friendly help.
