Gino took photos for a property I was listing in Mt Vernon NY. He was initially very responsive but after the photos were taken I reviewed the photos to find that only 15- 25% of the property could be seen in each photo. None of the photos he took for me display the full layout of any rooms and he was missing the corridor and the additional living room to the left. I addressed the issue with him and he understood from the photos exactly what I meant. His resolution was to retake the photos and include more of full floor layout. After reaching out to him serval times and finally got a hold of him
