I placed an offer on a home listed by H&G realty and it was accepted. I waited four days for them to send the contract to my lawyer. Their excuse of why it took so long because they had to switch lawyers last minute. They continued to show the house in the meantime. Then once we received the contract, I was threatened that they would go to another offer if I didn’t sign it immediately. After conferring with my lawyer he recommended I get a home inspection which the homeowner approved and was completed the next day. Geri was absolutely amazing. Worked with my family and I from beginning to the end- finding us a place in the town I wanted, within my price range and with the necessities we needed. She was available after work- sometimes stayed late in the office to accommodate my schedule. Always kept an open communication and made sure we were always on the same page.
