These people are unprofessional. Completely blindsided me with running a credit check on a apartment I hadn't been contacted about or accepted yet. refused to give me the number for the company I needed to dispute it. Told me they "assumed I wanted it" because I had just filled out an application without notifying me they were giving me apartment they had. Such a huge turn off I pulled my application when they asked me if I still wanted the unit. Failed to put me full on hold and talked about me while I had to sit there and over hear them In the background. told me to go ahead and talk to pine
