I am in a desperate situation in which I have been trying since March to flee from an abusive household. I am a disabled person. I struggle with Autism Spectrum Disorder and Complex Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder and I am in an unsafe environment.
I have been encouraged multiple times by my case manager to reach out to this Property Management company for apartments that could certainly work to help me with my current situation as I can get rental assistance immediately to help me out, my credit score is good, I do not smoke, I do not drink, I am a quiet individual, no criminal record to speak

Incredibly professional property managers. I rented from them for 2 years, and used them as my realtor when I recently bought my first home. Communication was always clear and Kurtis was immediately responsive when we had a heating issue last October, on a Sunday evening no less. Cannot reccomend Marsh highly enough.

I want to say me and my wife Rene have rented to own from Kurtis owner of rent Bangor. We have rented from. Kurtis since 2019 and we have had no issues with them. They take care of their units or mobile homes. Does repairs when needed. They also work with you when things need to be fixed. They are by far the best landlords I have ever had. I would recommend that you use rent Bangor for all of your needs. From rentals to buying a price of property. The office staff and the owners are great and honest. Thank u so much for everything you guys do.

I am planning on moving to the Bangor area next month and came across a wonderful apartment through the Rent Bangor Property Management website. Kurtis and Angela were very responsive to my application inquiry and answered all my questions (which was a lot considering I am moving during a pandemic). They never made me feel rushed and approved me for the apartment within a few days. My circumstances changed and I did not end up moving into the rental, but they were very pleasant during the entire process! I would absolutely rent from this company if I needed to in the future.

I moved to Bangor from out of state last autumn, and Kurtis and his staff were extremely helpful in educating me about the Bangor area and assisting me in finding the right rental property for my needs. When I arrived they were very welcoming and accommodating. As might be expected with new construction, there were a few (very minor) tweaks needed on my new home, and it was easy to place a maintenance request and get service right away. Kurtis himself even came out to make sure everything was done properly. It's evident that they genuinely care about the quality of their work and the experience

They stole $1030 from me. Gave them a check for first month + app fee to hold the place. I backed out less than 24 hours later without even seeing a lease or paying security deposit, and Angela said she would get right back to me. Instead they cashed my check and ignored my calls for more than a week and a half now. Stay far away from their business.
Edit: There was no such warning given to me. I've confirmed with real estate agents this Management company has a bad reputation. I will be following up with the better business bureau.

Pitiful. With over 700 properties in the Bangor area, they treat tenants like cattle. They also lie. So happy to get out from under their grasps. Leaving the apartment cleaner than when I left, they painted it (supposedly) and instead of getting my $795 security back, they sent me a check for less than $150! Just happy to be GONE! Steer clear of this place. Rent from an individual, couple or family.

My experience from start to finish was very positive with Kurtis and his staff. I moved to my unit more than two years ago. Once I signed my lease, I was able to move in to my unit on time. It was clean and move in ready. I appreciated the screening process and felt very safe in the Meadow Ridge Drive community. Kurtis' staff kept the community grounds well groomed. Phone calls were responded to in a timely manner. When I gave notice, I vacated and was contacted in a timely manner about receiving my security deposit refund. Kurtis was always very courteous and professional and easy to work with

If I could use negative stars I would. I pay more than most do for a mortgage for a luxury townhouse. Its brand new mind you, and the paint is completely falling off the front door, the insulation in the basement is on the floor- I have called 3 or 4 times- nothing. The exterior doors are so cheap that they actually become ice covered on the inside in the winter. No one comes when there is an issue. There is always an excuse or comparision to what other apartments have- I don't live there who cares and how is that relevant? I wish I had never rented here and I can't wait until my lease
