Whether you have a bad water heater, toilet problems, a clogged drain, electrical issue or you need a new walkway, contact SAK to get it done! In 1989, we opened up the electrical business. Since then we have developed business in the plumbing, concrete and excavation fields. We opened the plumbing division in 1991, the concrete division in 1993 and the excavation division in 1996.
I needed hot tub "220" line put in and installed. The owner made every effort to call and reach out to me with questions, including asking for the specs of the hot tub. The quality of installation and materials was top notch. Couldn't be more happy with this company. I needed about 7 ceiling fans and pendant lights installed in my home.

Well had a conversation with one of your employees..who was extremely rude and his co-worker as well ... I tried to leave a gate they were working on. And they wouldn't move they're equipment and then yelled at me about how they lose 3 hrs a day due to ppl needing to leave .... Another man with a company named Pegasus came to my rescue and made them move or they were gonna make me sit there that whole time ...and then yelled at me cause they hate they're job. Not my fault. ... very unprofessional!!!!!!!!!

I had S.A.K. come out on two different occasions. The first was to have a new Ring Floodlight Camera installed on the front of our property, and the other was to install a new outlet for electric vehicle charging. On both occasions, the pricing was fair and they worked hard to complete the tasks required of them. The run for the electric vehicle did come with some hiccups due to an underground irrigation pipe that was hit during the dig, but they took control of the situation, fixed the issue and we were back on track. We called them several months ago because we had an electrical issue in our house. Their electrician spent some time trying to find out why we were experiencing power outages in half of our house and after an hour of diagnosing, his best guess was that the problem was related to the main switch. He recommended to have a new main breaker installed. We agreed and told him to go ahead. He took pictures of the old switch and told us that he had to order

Contracted with SAK for all our concrete, plumbing and electrical needs for our new construction home over the last year. Each phase of the home build that SAK was responsible for was done on time and of the highest quality. The employees of each trade that came out to the house were well trained professionals that worked closely with me as the home owner acting as the general contractor. Tony of S.A.K. Electric installed a new ceiling fan for me today. He was everything one could ask for in a service person. He was punctual, extremely courteous, and very efficient. He also did an excellent job of cleaning up after the job was completed. If Tony is typical of S.A.K. service personnel, then I will be using S.A.K. for my plumbing and electrical work in the future.

THE WORST!
They came out to replace a sump pump. They sent someone out to work on this.
I came home from work thinking that the problem would be solved. We were worse off. The sump pump did NOT get fixed but the plumber left a big hole in my wall and said nothing to anyone about it. He dropped his machine that he was using down our stairs which had feces in it, now it is all over our wooden stairs and basement living area.
Then he used our mop and attempted to clean up his mess. Left us a nice bill for $225 dollars that he spent destroying our home. When I arrived from a 12 hour work day this

It's extremely rare to find a service company that cares this much about their customers. I'm so impressed by the quality of service that I received from them. From the owner (Steve) to the office staff (Dawn & Donna) to the Electrician (Michael) and plumber (Mark) - their exemplary service was A+. I would recommend them any day!
