Sales rep did not communicate at all. I didn't receive a business card or any way to contact him. I had to call the office twice just to get him to email me the quote which had virtually no information on it aside from a final price. Still, we saw good reviews and liked the warranty/product so I asked him via email (because that was the only way I could contact him) for some additional items that the bank needed to process our home renovation load. Could not be happier with our experience with Alliance! They provided a free inspection (literally the next day after calling me) and explained what a good roof looks like (we absolutely did not have a good roof). Even when Chris provided a photo of a hole in our roof, I never felt like he was pressuring us to go with Alliance. We did end up using them and I still can’t get over the difference. I appreciate how they went above and beyond to educate us on appropriate roofing materials and how quickly they got the job done. They did an excellent job of cleaning up and were very professional. I actually used Alliance Exteriors for a new metal roof. The roof AND gutters are amazing and they were done SO FAST. I went to work, some of the supplies had been delivered the day before, and when I got home BINGO!!! Brand New Roof!, everything cleaned up, and picture perfect!!! I loved them, and hope to have them back next year for siding and a roof on the new porch to match the amazing one on my house. .... PS you can't beat the lifetime warranty.

We just had our roof replaced with a metal roof today. I came home from work and the crew was finishing up. They were efficient, tidy and really seemed to enjoy their jobs. I had a leak, and I also knew that the age of my roof meant a new roof was likely. From start to finish Alliance Exteriors was professional and helpful. Following the inspection I committed to a new metal roof. They sent someone out the next day to patch the leak, then added me to the schedule as soon as possible. My roof included gutters and downspouts. It looks great!!!!

We had another roofing company call us for a free estimate. I agreed since we needed a roof. Long story short they made three appointments to come, twice never showed up and once showed up an hour after the scheduled time and we had already left.
I called alliance and they came the first time and gave us a good quote. We had them put on our new roof and gutters.
