We are looking to improve our home. My wife and myself attended the home and garden show in Fort Wayne. We talked to the Shield representatives and told them about our first encounter with their company. It boiled down to miscommunication between us, they were very apologetic and wanted a second chance. We made arrangements with Tonya and they have been amazing and we are more than satisfied. The workmen putting our roof on were friendly gentlemen and worked quickly and efficiently.
