At 4Paws, we realize that this is a strange and difficult time. We are, however, continuing to maintain our house-call schedule as planned until further notice. If this changes, we will make an announcement right away. Please know that if you are worried, sick, or just plain worried sick, you may reschedule your appointment online.
If you choose to reschedule, we ask that you do so well in advance to enable us to maintain our schedule and serve our clientele as efficiently as possible. As always, you can view our cancellation and rebooking policies on our website. Our entire team wishes you health and happiness during this challenging time.

Services
4Paws Mobile Veterinary Services provides convenient and thorough animal wellness exams in the comfort of your own home. Do you have difficulties transporting your cat or dog to the vet's office for a regular checkup? With our increasingly busy lives and ever-growing list of responsibilities, it's easy to let those general exams go by the wayside.
4Paws Mobile Veterinary Services offers all recommended vaccinations for your cats and dogs straight to your home. When we meet for our visit, the Veterinarian will ask you questions about your pet's lifestyle and talk with you about different vaccination options. More outdoorsy animals are often be exposed to a wider variety of pathogens, which may mean that we suggest a more comprehensive vaccination schedule.
Whether you have a brand new puppy or the cat you've owned since college, it's never too late to get your pet microchipped for peace of mind. Countless lost pet stories end happily with animals and owners being reunited thanks to this little piece of technology. Collars can come off on tree branches or on fences, leaving your pet nearly unidentifiable without a microchip.
Senior pets can especially benefit from the services of a mobile veterinarian. If your animal suffers from any chronic conditions that affect their mobility, it can be difficult to get them into a clinic for their checkups. And as our pets age, they tend to require specialized veterinary care more regularly than in their younger years.
One of the more difficult parts of the process is figuring out when the best time is to start thinking about compassionate euthanasia options for your pet. We know that it's a very personal decision, and that every animal and family is different. 4Paws offers in-home quality of life exams where we can talk you through your pet's specific situation.

Michael has been seeing my cat since he started his mobil practice. Recently my cat ate something and was really sick. Michael treated her and by the next day he was getting better. Michael stayed in touch for a couple of days. Rex and I love you for the wonderful care and compassion you've always shown

Dr. Stern is so caring, sweet, and compassionate. My kitty has IBD and requires steroid injections every few months to maintain her condition. My previous vet always insisted on having her come into the office for these and would charge for the visit plus the shot, which would drive up the cost and, more importantly, intensify the anxiety of an… already stressed out cat. Dr. Stern came over, administered the shots, and provided an additional injection with instructions for me to self-administer. He also had a lot of great tips on her care, and spent additional time with her.

Dr. Sterns treated out cat with kidney disease numerous times during his end of life. Out cat would get stressed going to the vets office, so having an option of at home vet services was key to his quality of life. Dr. Sterns was patient, polite, and comforting when our cat passed away. I would highly recommend him.
