Be very aware of dealing with this group. My dealing with Brandon have left me wondering how they are even in this business. Fabricating issues out of thin air, making threats and actually trying to blame tenants for damage that was probably there when the space was leased. Very unethical and he actually made an arrogant claim that he is no lawyer but he has helped with hundreds of these claims and he knows how to keep security deposits.
This is the most unethical experience I have ever had in more than seventy years of family business. We are shocked at the two faced nature of these people.
