From our modest beginnings in a small office in Tyler, Texas, we have expanded to 11 office locations covering 110 counties throughout Central, East, and Northeast Texas. They tell you that communication is key, but you can't reach anyone or hear back from them on ANYTHING. Than they say they offer the services (speech therapy) but they don't have a speech therapist for our area! Someone in the office screws up paperwork beyond belief. I'm looking to make sure my child has the services she needs, not be held back. Next time I will be telling the primary that it CANNOT be at home health care. The first time they had to do a reevaluate, they were late on doing it, than it was 6+ months before anyone even tried to make contact (I have proof) THEN have the NERVE to

I would not recommend this company to anybody for any reason. If you have an interview run for the hills. Especially for Central Intake if there was a way to give zero stars I would. Gabby is very rude and condescending, and the managers enabled her horrible behavior because she does all of the work. Why? Because they are so rude, condescending to all of their new hires they can't get anyone in there long enough to fill those seats. Gabby is uncomfortable with anyone knowing more information than she does even though English is her second language and it causes barriers for people to understand

This service is 100% a joke. I’ve never in my life experienced so many issues with an at home service. They constantly mess up paperwork and then tell you to start the process all over. I’ve been to my primary care 3 times trying to get basic services, and all 3 times my insurance has called me back and told me the paperwork was filled out improperly. And their response is always to start the entire process over. I would give zero stars if I could. Do not recommend this service. Look elsewhere.

My 92 year old mom lives ALONE in Texas with my sibling down the road. He works full time. I live on the West Coast.
My mom and depends on her caregiver (who she likes very much) four days a week from this place. We regularly find out she is not coming MOMENTS before she is supposed to be there and then have to scramble for a back up. Why? This place has no back up. They also don't call back. She was supposed to be there today and we called to find out what's going on when she didn't show. They said they'd call back. It&apos

After my back surgery, the doctor arranged for visits from At Home nurses to take care of the wound dressings. They were the best! They always called in advance of their visit, and I knew when they were coming. Then I had a knee joint replacement done in Chicago, and an At Home Healthcare physical therapist met me when I arrived back home in Whitehouse. Again, great customer service, and Walter the therapist had me up and back at my gym in two weeks. I was very impressed with all the staff at At Home Healthcare!

I have been with At Home Healthcare for almost 7 years. The people I work with each day are more than just faces I see, they're my family. My "work family". I have a special needs child and AHH has allowed me to modify my work schedule so I can pick him up each afternoon after school. This means more to me than anything. I'm grateful for my position and the people I work with each day.

I hope I have selected the right location as they have three offices in Tyler. Another thought is it should not matter which office as they are one company. I am disappointed in this place. They came before the long weekend to assess me and they have not called or come back, I have called twice and have not received any results. Do they treat all their patients this way??? What about the really sick ones? Scary,
