All of our Caregivers are compassionate and experienced home care service professionals. Our pre-employment screening process includes drug testing, reference checks, and a thorough criminal background check. We are also licensed, bonded, and insured. Whether you are geographically restricted or unavailable to care for your loved one, you can rest assured that we will step in as an extension of your family.
We accept entry-level candidates, offer training, and have company opportunities for vertical growth! Personal Care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, skincare, and toileting for patients in their home. Light housekeeping as requested by the patient such as vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, doing dishes, changing bed linens, and doing laundry.
In order to review the In-Service training materials on-line, you will need to have the Adobe Acrobat program to complete the Quarterly In-Service Training Session. If you do not have the program in your device, please contact your Direct Supervisor for completing the mandatory In-Service training session.

They really deserve no stars but since you cant pot a review without giving g them a star they are unprofessional they never get back to you I've been waiting to talk to supervisor I will just leave my phone number I believe her name is Miss Galina and to this day she has not reached out to me and every day that I call the office or every other day there they say she's always in a meeting I don't understand why you can't reach out to supervisor or manager in this company is very hard everybody wants to know your business and nobody wants to help you and nobody contact a supervisor

Worst home care services ever. Caregiver literally did nothing, she was useless. She sat on her phone the entire day and watched my 88 year old father care for his wife. She was manipulative and called my parents "mom and dad". The week she was fired, she refused to wear a mask, was actively coughing and infected our family members with covid 19.
Company was called about lack of communication, poor performance of caregiver and company is just as unprofessional as the caregivers they hire.

Honestly, this agency is unprofessional. Manager does not speak english very well and the caregiver they sent to care for my mom is not reliable. First of all. She did not come in for several days. We left a message for her and her manager, never heard back. My mother who has dementia and copd was left without care. I asked the caregiver to do light tidying up, she made a comment about people wanting "maids" which is funny since I have a picture of her sleep on the job. While my mother was up walking around alone. Now she just asked us if she can start at 8am so she can take on another

I’ve been with European Service for a little over 6 months. They welcomed me with open arms, made me really feel like part of the family. Erin our branch manager in Joliet doing a wonderful job. She’s been a great teacher to me and continues to help me better myself. Oksana the general manager, a personal thank you from me. I have been working at ESAH since 2011. It is a great place to start and grow a career in a friendly environment. The business has been running for a respectable 18 years, providing services and care to the elderly, including not only Homemaker services, but also Adult Day Care services. The agency is offering to caregivers flexible schedules, medical/dental/life insurances, paid vacation, etc. I would recommended to anyone looking for work to stop by at any of our eight locations!

Schedule a worker to be at several places simultaneously. Rip off. Then talking to Beestra about a person who smokes cigarettes and plays video games instead of helping an elderly person, Beestra defends the bi-locating worker who is scheduled to be in multiple locations simultaneously. Their worker offers to take the elderly to a casino to be at their happy place. I wonder if Beestra's mom wants to have a care giver play video games, smoke, talk on the phone, and force her to sign papers saying she was there when she wasn't.
