We established Best Choice in 2003. In the past 16 years, we have helped our clients buy/sell over 450 homes! We are proud to say that we do virtually no advertising, and all our clients come via referrals from our lengthy satisfied client base. We were extremely pleased with how committed Sara and Mary were to helping us find the perfect house.

If you buy a house from Best choice and Justin Fjeldos and it needs repairs. If he agrees to repair them, don't even consider signing or giving him a dime before the repairs are made! If you do you will never see him again! You can call, email, and go into the office on 6th and he will "never" be there! You will have to hire a Lawyer to take care of it like we are!

Please be wary of the fact that Associate Broker, WADE PRICE is a Business Partner with Owner/Broker of Best Choice Realty, David Kneip. There is evidence WADE PRICE does not conduct himself according to the Realtors’ Code of Conduct which specifically states, “The duties the Code of Ethics poses are applicable whether REALTORS are acting as agents or in legally recognized non-agency capacities ...” The legal non-agency capacities in which WADE PRICE conducts business are VIP Enterprises, Inc. and Price Rentals.
