So unimpressed with the response. I have submitted a "Contact Us" form request twice in the past month. Both times Steven Wolford replied with an email asking what information I would need. Both times I have responded (lot maps, prices, descriptions - you know, the kind of things you need to buy some property - DUH). And both times I've never heard anything back at all. Crickets. I just get the impression Mr. Wolford is just not that interested in serving potential clients or selling property. If this is the response level from a VERY SERIOUS INTENT to purchase lead, I can only imagine how dreadful

Had the pleasure to find Jeremy from the Water Front Group searching from my dream piece of land in the Mountains near Banner Elk, NC. After getting the proper info I was 100% confident in going thru with the purchase. My husband and I are happy to say we're big fans of Will Adkins and the Waterfront Group team. We bought two lots in Eagles Nest and plan to build a custom home there. I've been dreaming of a place in the mountains, and Jessica helped make that dream come true! After looking at some lots in Eagles Nest, I realized I wanted something with a different view. Nick shared that information with Jessica, and she helped me find the just-right lot in Monteagle. The process was quick, and Jessica answered all of my questions along the way. I can't wait to get the house built and enjoy the mountain air!

In the past I have dealt with many builders & developers and I will say that these folks are very professional, flexible and very responsive. I worked with Jessica very closely and she is amazing. Jessica and her team have been fantastic to work with. We purchased our house in 2016 and then bought a lot with a panoramic view last year. Jessica sold our house for us and now we are ready to build our new dream mountain house. Have recently purchased a lot and a home in their Eagles Nest property in Banner Elk, NC. We visited on a Saturday and purchased on a Sunday! Our sales person Allison, was the best and continues to be even after the sale. She is always available to help us with any questions or requests at any time. We love the property and all the amenities it has to offer, and all of the Waterford people we have come to know. We feel like we are a part of one big family. it is truly a beautiful place and a one of a kind community.
