Talk about a bunch of crooks. After leasing for 5yrs and never being late nor behind on a payment we were forced to close our business and leave the property they will not renew our lease. But that's not the kicker it was the fact that we were on a AS IS move in. We were responsible to make our suite workable for our own means wich we did so. Now months later since moved out we are losing our deposit and are being charged an additional 1900 dollars for a evap cooler that was never right to begin with.

Terrible with their tenants. From the moment they bought our building that we rented for 3 years they were very inconsiderate. Gave us 2 weeks notice to move out on our month to month lease. No consideration for its tenants. We understand they were going in a different direction than the previous owners but from one business owner to another, only giving a two weeks notice was unprofessional and inconsiderate. We were good tenants.. Clean, quiet and paid rent on time and didnt deserve what they did to us.. Sad enough our company works with children with disabilities and because of what they did

After 16 year Cutler Commercial said they were not going to renew our lease and we had one month to find a new place. They said they needed “To clean up the place.” So I guess that paying our rent each month and being English speaking citizens dirtied up the place. Maybe it’s because we run a legitimate business and not a chop shop or packaging spice wasn’t sitting well with the management. Maybe because we complained about the lack of security and all the break ins, robberies, and car thefts that happen there. So if you want to rent our suite, hopefully you theft insurance is up to date

Cliff Cutler is the biggest liar cons people into leasing has no morals his employees are a joke. They will tell you one thing and lie through there teeth. BEWARE never do any business with this group of cons. Ask any one in the valley no brokers will show a property listed by Cutler . Big smoke blower gives big song and dance as he did with us. RUN RUN and run fast. If you are looking to have him represent your property run very far away or ask any other broker in the valley and they will tell you what a cheat and liar he is

Extremely dissatisfied with the way they treat clients and the pressure tactics used in showing properties as well as follow up with properties. Was told by the agent that I could cancel my listing if I was unhappy for any reason and no questions would be asked. The owner Cliff Cutler declined the agents offer to cancel and was less than accommodating. I would not use this organization for any reason. This company deserves a NO STAR rating but Google requires a minimal rating to post.
