I originally picked this office because I liked their philosophy listed on their website and I liked seeing so many women working there. I’ve gone about a dozen times and always have a great experience. I see Amara Goodman and she always takes the time to sit and talk to me and listen to what I need that week. It feels very gentle snd individualized. I have recommended to many friends.

This review is for Annie and it is long overdue. I started seeing Annie at the advice of my obgyn more than six years ago after suffering three miscarriages. Annie's treatment was one of the main reasons why I as able to finally achieve a successful pregnancy.

Terrible communication between the front office and the acupuncturist. Bought a prorated four session package, and when I called to schedule my second session, I was told that I no longer had my prorated package. Also they charged me $250 for a single session. Outrageous expensive, did not get the healing or the benefit for a $250 acupuncture session!!!!! Don't waste your money! Unprofessional women running an unprofessional business. I've been seeing Annie for almost a year now and I have only good things to say about her personality and skills. She's someone who truly cares about people and their well-being. I get acupuncture mainly for anxiety and hormonal imbalance and find it extremely beneficial for my mind/body. I cannot recommend Annie enough, she'll make sure you're comfortable and are getting what you want. The staff is also very friendly and helpful.

This review is extremely long overdue. I first sought out Annie and her team back in 2017 when I switched jobs that required a bulk of my time in an office with a computer and desk, and mostly sedentary. As a result, I had developed some pretty nasty neck, shoulder, and wrist pain that even transitioning to more ergonomic office furniture and wrist guards did nothing, and resorted to taking pain medication to keep things in check. That's when I sought out a different way of dealing with the pain. For my initial consultation, I saw Annie and I loved the way she explained how acupuncture works

I went here when they had their location in the Belmont area. This place is such a rip off if you have PPO insurance! Instead of billing your insurance they ask you to pay for the service upfront when you show to your appointment, this would've been fine if they had disclosed this over the phone prior to booking I would've booked somewhere else to avoid the headache I'm about to explain. So I show up to my appointment and they charge the full amount even though my insurance covers 60%, they said I would get refunded later once insurance covers their portion for the service.....Well

This review is for Annie and her team mates. Went to see her two years ago for fertility treatments. She spent a lot of time on initial visit with questionnaire that you filled. She provides many ideas for eating, life style and what's is good for fertility successfully. I have never feeling pain when she is doing acupuncture on me. She does very quickly when she puts all needles. Their clinic accepts many insurances, so if you are looking for acupuncturists in the Bay Area I'd really recommend Annie and her team. By the way, their clinic is very nice and clean.

I started seeing Annie for fertility support and a big, flaky, and seemingly permanent eczema patch on my neck that would not go away with medicine. With Annie's help, I now have a delightful and energetic toddler and that nasty eczema patch is gone.

I have been treated by this practice for at least twenty five years for everything from a fairly serious neck injury, to allergies to just general well being and calming. I have referred several people who have had to recover from serious bicycle accident injuries to industrial related overuse injuries. Her online booking system is easy to use and my interactions with her staff have always been very professional. They are able to bill my insurance with no issues, which is much appreciated. I've been getting acupuncture twice a week for the past 5 weeks, mostly from Annie and Brittany. I suffer from endometriosis and was in constant pain for almost two years prior to seeing them. My next option, according to my doctor, was a hysterectomy. My pain has reduced almost completely, with the exception of some cramping around my period. Annie and Brittany are both so reassuring and gifted at what they do. I almost can't believe how much I'm progressing and how quickly. I'm hopeful about possibly making a full recovery. I cannot recommend them enough!

Annie is wonderful! I saw her for most of my treatments. But the great thing about her practice is the flexibility. I could always get in to see someone on her team at a time that worked for me, and every single one of them is equally caring, knowledgeable and professional. They maintain great notes and records so each acupuncturist can pick up where the last one left off. As a bonus, they will handle submitting claims to insurance.

I am glad to have seen Annie after giving birth. As I had quite a traumatic birth experience, my milk supply suffered. I heard that acupuncture might help with lactation and decided to give it a go. Also, I was suffering from coccyx injury post delivery. I wasn't too sure about the treatment initially but after seeing Annie for a month or so I see great improvements! I am able to breastfeed better now and the treatment has definitely help reduced my pain! I am happy to have continued the treatment to see such great progress and would recommend Annie and her team!

Annie's positive and professional tone seems to radiate throughout the office. They have a lot of different days/times available so I can pick what works for my schedule. This review has been long overdue. I have been going to Anne's for over 2 years, almost 3 years now. She has helped me with finding optimal health and been there the entire journey. She has addressed several health aliments - irregular menstrual periods, hay fever, back pain relief, headaches, pain from my bicycle accident (due to another cyclists running a stop sign).
