I had a great visit. I honestly used to Dread going to the dentist. Cleanings were painful and the atmosphere was condescending from the dentist. If I didn’t floss enough or the right way or whatever they would say I was doing wrong. Here, the focus is on the positive. My hygienist was considerate and caring. Great visit!

I haven't been to a dentist in quite a few years. Superior dental health made a fantastic first impression. If you're looking for people who can maintain a professional relationship but who can also keep the mood lighthearted and not too anxiety inducing they are going to be a fit for you. They started me off with a welcome kit, got some background on my dental history so that they could go forward with the care and gave great advice without being demeaning, which I have had in the past with other dental offices. I am fortunate right now to be in a situation where I had two forms of dental insurance

Friendly and welcoming staff. Very clean and well-kept place. I appreciate that they have refreshments and other items available to comfort patients during their appointments (water/coffee/tea/lip balm/blankets/dark glasses for bright lights/etc).
My 9 year-old did great, but my 5 year-old had zero intention of going through with her dentist appointment. The staff is always very friendly! I definitely recommend Superior Dental to anyone I know looking for a dentist.
Update. We’ve been patients here for 6 months now and couldn’t be happier with the friendliness of the staff while still being efficient at their jobs. Dr Mark is friendly and talkative. It is nice to go to a dentist office where everyone of the staff makes you feel welcome! There is just a positive vide in this office.

Friendly hygienist and dentist. Quick and efficient at their work, but didn’t feel like I was being rushed in or out. Totally upfront on any costs and very reasonable pricing for procedures. Very good at educating and explaining what was being done or what would need done in the future. Overall, great experience.

First time going to this dentist and I was happy with my experience. They are very customer service oriented. My impression was that their main goal (other than keeping your teeth clean and gums healthy) was to make sure you're comfortable. I think anyone nervous about going to the dentist would be made to feel at ease here. My cleaning was a little quicker than it has been at other dentists, but I still think it was thorough and painless. Would definitely recommend!

Great experience as usual! Staff is always friendly, and I have a great time catching up with Mallory. I always feel safe with this office, and I feel my questions (if I have any) are respected and answered. I'm a creature of convenience, so I first chose this office years ago because I literally lived 5 minutes away (they also were able to get me in same day for an infected wisdom tooth, lucky me!) I now live on the other side of town, more than 20 minutes away, but I still come here. This office is worth the drive, and I actually look forward to my appointment every 6 months, call me weird!
