The best experience that one could have in completing a home loan. The big picture is what Francisco will see for your needs. The step by step process done by Iliana to always keep you up to date, and the little things done by associates like Kurt who will assist in making your monthly note just a bit smaller. We dealt with Aris and Ana during our refinance. Aris and his team were very helpful in guiding us to refinance our house. They updated us as need, were orient as we tried to gather all our things, even suggested solutions to our home insurance issues. We were able to go through this process without meeting one on one given the circumstances yet it was a pleasant experience!

I Cannot recommend this mortgage lender in any way. No communication, no returned phone calls or texts until there have been repeated attempts. Closing day came and went, nothing. Stephanie is the “mortgage Planner” has not done her job in a timely manner. She has managed to completely mess up our purchase out of state. Currently, we are 18 days past escrow. It still has not closed. Inefficiency at its best. Before attempting to get a loan , or sell a property, try and reach a live person. You can’t. CUSTOMER BEWARE!!!!!! I would leave a negative 5 stars if possible. I will follow up with

Connor Butler and his team at Mortgage Phoenix Group went above and beyond and made by mortgage closing process easy. They educated and guided me in getting finances right in order to get the best rate possible. His team communicated every step of the process and were quick to response and address any question or concern. We've known Francisco since we purchased our first home in 2012 and refinanced in 2017. We were bummed out that we couldn't purchase our brand new home with him, and were looking forward to refinance with him in the years to come. Several weeks ago he gave us a call and let us know rates had fallen drastically and it wasn't a question we would work with him. Francisco, Ana and Patty are amazing to work with and always timely with updates on our process. Amazing team.
