Do not waste your time with him or his staff. He has pretty much checked out of the law practice. He has younger associates who walk into court and try and drop his name to get you a plea deal. Not only that, his staff will lie to you as well. I have recorded audio proof of his associate apologizing for the lies his office staff and paralegals told me, and flat out saying "I am sorry I do not know why they lied to you". They would lie and tell me he was going to show up in court and he would not. He wouldn't even return my calls, I had to speak to his associates the entire time.
